Precourt's Holiday Brunch
Claire got a perfect shot of Lindsey having a ball at brunch on Saturday. She was a dream, playing with Julia and loving all the kids around! 

Christmas clothes! I am all ready for the holiday parties, but mom and dad keep leaving me at home. Something about all the naps I have to take! Dad did a great job taking care of me this weekend. We finally get along!
 

First Play Date
With friends my own age. Julia (in yellow), Alex (in purple) and I had a wonderful time rolling around on the Alts floor on Friday night.

 

I am 5 months old...
And Smiling, and laughing and eating food, but STILL not sleeping through the night!
 

First Thanksgiving
Lindsey was an angel. She sat all day in her bouncy seat while Mom and Dad cooked, she ate pureed peas for the first time to get in to the holiday mood, and she let everyone google eye her at during dinner!

Quite the wonder child! She is 26.75 inches long (off the chart!) 15 lbs (75%) and has a 44 cm head (75%). She gets to start solid foods this week and hopefully that will help her stomach be more setteled. And she is on the road to sleeping through the night. Noelle the sleep guru came to get us unaddicted to the pacifier, and after 3 nights of cold turkey, I think Lindsey is on her way to sleeping on her own...And that means mom can get more than 3 hrs of sleep at a time as well!

Four Months Old....

And I still won't sleep thru the night, but I am sure cute during the day!

 

Rolling Take Two
Lindsey learned how to roll over from her back to her front yesterday, so now she can go anywhere, and is really liking the movement...

On the sleep front she slept from 6:30 to 6:15 am last night!!!! Dan and I are both hopeful that our almost 4 month old has finally figured out the 12 hours at night is wonderful!

Loving her tummy time. She really can hold herself up now on her arms, and she loves being around other kids! She looks more like Dan every day.

Lindsey had tried to roll over a few times, but this time it is for real...before her 3 month birthday this kid is ready to roll--she clearly wants to keep up with her sister Maddie!

Lindsey just had to sit by and watch as Maddie and Melissa got their private ride on the carousel...someday she'll be old enough to share the tiger with Maddie...
 

2 Month Check Up...

Lindsey continues to be our growing girl. Head is 39 cm, 75 percentil... length 24 inches and weight 13.1 lbs. She is still 95 percentile in height and weight.

She got 4 shots today and took them like a champ. 10 minutes after her shots she was sleeping soundly in her carseat...

Lindsey is finally watching the world go by. She could stare at her mobile for quite some time...its almost like she is in a trance... 

Sleep Glorious Sleep!
Lindsey slept from 9 pm to 5 am today...a miracle! We were going all day yesterday from birthday parties to the aquarium, so I know she was exhausted, so we can't imagine she will keep it up, but 8 hours of uninteruppted sleep was just what Dan and I needed!

5 week Check-Up

Lindsey went back to the doctor today and got a second Hep B shot, and a clean bill of health. She continues to be a big baby (no surprise there) weighing in at 10lbs 13 oz and 23.25 inches long. She is 95% percentile in both height and weight.

First Earthquake
Maddie was already asleep so Lindsey felt the 4.4 quake with mom and dad. Didn't phase her at all--she just kept on with her 5-8 pm fussing!

It's Sunday so it must be Napa or the MSSC.
Maddie is in love wtih swimming (or really just playing in the water) so we have to spend most Sundays by a pool, and thankfully Heather and Greg oblige us when we aren't in Napa. This weekend the MSSC offered baseball and bubbles to go along with swimming...
